	Step 1 : Stand with your baby sling rings positioned parallel to your collar bone and the pocket facing outward. The sling fabric should be spread out across your back and not twisted or bunched
	Step 2: Fold the end of the tail accordion fan style making sure you are looking at the pocket as you pull it up to your shoulder.
	Step3: making sure not to twist the tail bring the tail fabric straight up through BOTH rings. The pocket fabric should now be facing you.
	Step4: Being careful not to twist the fabric pull the tail down through just one ring.
	Step5: Make a pocket. This is where your baby will be. Be sure to have enough fabric on each side of the pouch.
	Step6: Once your baby is inside you can make the final adjustments to make sure the sling is secure by pulling on the "rails" This is the coordinating fabric for each side of the pouch you created. your pocket fabric should now be facing outward.
	Your properly threaded sling should look like this front he front. Notice how the fabric is spread across the shoulder  and the fabric is not bunched in the rings and the pocket is facing outward
	This is how your sling should look from the back. The fabric should be spread nice and wide to distribute your baby's weight evenly.

Once your baby is on the sling securely start moving around. This is very calming to the child.
