| RETURNS/Exchanges In the rare event that an exchange is needed we request that items be in new resalable condition not worn or washed and it must be within 7 days of receiving your item. If you need to exchange an item for another color or style please contact us before returning the item at exchanges@mommycouture.com . Please be sure to include your name, email address and date of purchase with exchanged item, reason for exchange as well as the item you would like to exchange it for . When sending items for exchange it is strongly recommended that you include delivery confirmation and insure the item as we cannot process exchanges without the item. Difference in exchanged items is given as store credit. All exchanges are at the discretion of Mommy Couture. At this time we do not offer refunds. All of our items are quality made. All returns/exchanges are subject to Mommy Couture approval. Please keep in mind when trying to learn to use your sling that there is a learning / adjustment period. Don't be intimidated.
